Lao NA approves amendment of court fee law
The National Assembly yesterday approved the amendment of the Law on Court Fees to reflect the reality of the nation while ensuring transparency and accountability in fee collection and related expenses.
The new amended law determines the principles and measures concerning the collection and payment of court fees to ensure uniform collection of court fees throughout the country, to create favourable conditions for relevant authorities to perform their roles better to provide justice and to contribute to the State budget.
